Shipping

All orders from JIVANTRA are processed and dispatched from India. Here's what to expect:

Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Domestic delivery (India)

Delivery within India typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Metro cities usually arrive sooner; remote areas may take longer.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delays

While we work with reliable courier partners, occasional delays beyond our control (weather, courier backlogs, address issues) can happen. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at contact@jivantra.com and we'll help sort it out.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. JIVANTRA is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, but contact us quickly and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.

Undeliverable packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts and is returned to us, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

International shipping

International shipping is not available at this time.  However, let us know where you live and we can arrange something.
